Integrative Medicine - Prevention - Longevity
Health is your most valuable asset
My goal is to support you in the long-term preservation of your health capital. With a medical degree and nearly 40 years of practice in emergency medicine, I have witnessed every day lives upended by cardiovascular diseases, strokes, cancer, or diabetes complications. This experience profoundly transformed my approach to healthcare: I realized that the finest form of medicine acts before disease takes hold. Today, within an integrative medical framework, I bring together the latest scientific evidence and a holistic perspective to build a personalized longevity strategy with you.
My background
Taking action early to make prevention a way of life
As a medical doctor, I have always viewed health holistically. While understanding disease mechanisms is essential, guiding individuals in maintaining their balance, vitality, and quality of life is equally crucial. This perspective progressively led me to deepen my knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine and complementary therapies. My aim is to act upstream of health issues, optimize the body's adaptive capacities, and offer sustainable prevention through personalized, rigorous, and deeply humane care.
My approach
Medicine focused on the individual before the condition
Beyond addressing symptoms, I focus on understanding your body's functioning, your personal history, lifestyle habits, and goals.
Understanding before treating
At the heart of my practice, international scientific literature serves as an ongoing and rigorous resource. My objective is to make this expertise accessible to you by clearly explaining your health mechanisms, providing you with all the tools needed to become an active participant in your health balance and longevity.
International education
Immersion at the roots of Chinese medicine
To gain an authentic and rigorous understanding of this discipline, I graduated from the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of the leading academic institutions in the field.
This unique experience allowed me to study under renowned university professors and hospital practitioners. Beyond theoretical coursework, this immersion provided the opportunity to observe the daily practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine directly within hospital departments, particularly in acupuncture and related techniques.
The practice
A space designed for care
Designed as a serene sanctuary, the practice offers a calm and welcoming environment conducive to listening, reflection, and deep well-being. It is within this quiet setting that your tailored care journey unfolds. Depending on your specific needs, I integrate a custom synergy of effective therapeutic modalities: autonomic nervous system stimulation, therapeutic heat, infrared photobiomodulation, physical activity, and acupuncture.
This comprehensive approach extends to optimizing your lifestyle, combining targeted nutritional guidance and personalized stress management strategies to support long-term health.
Making time to listen and explain
Restoring time to medical care
Each session is dedicated to offering comprehensive support. Consultations are structured as collaborative experiences where listening, explaining, and taking the necessary time allow us to build your therapeutic plan together. This approach provides the opportunity to evaluate your vitality accurately and share practical, science-based guidance for your daily life in an environment where time supports your well-being.
My philosophy
An international and integrative vision of health
To me, health is not merely the absence of disease: it is a sustainable balance. This is why my philosophy is rooted in the conviction that modern medicine should combine scientific rigor, clinical experience, active listening, prevention, and patient support while fostering patient autonomy.
To inform this vision daily, international scientific literature remains a constant foundation of my practice. This ongoing review allows me to merge current evidence with a human-centered approach, guiding you toward optimal health.
